Sono Bello Body Contouring Centers, a national leader in total body transformation, is seeking a Travelling Patient Care Consultant for the West Coast region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians and the Sono Bello team. With over 80 centers nationwide, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading medical practice and work with a talented team of board-certified plastic and facial plastic surgeons who have collectively conducted over 300,000 procedures to date.

As Traveling Patient Care Consultant, you will be responsible for representing the brand and delivering the highest level of care to patients as they embark on their transformation journey. You will have the opportunity to travel within the West Coast Region and work out of multiple Sono Bello centers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between patients, physicians, and the Sono Bello team.
  • Assist with the scheduling of patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure that patients fully understand the pre-operative and post-operative process.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide thorough explanations of the procedure, recovery and expected results.
  • Coordinate patient transportation, if necessary.
  • Follow-up with patients via phone and email to ensure high level of patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in patient care, sales or marketing in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to travel within East Coast region up to 75% of the time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with a team to meet goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems preferred.
  • Passion for helping people and an interest in the field of medical aesthetics.

Benefits

Compensation/Benefits package:

  • Compensation package includes: $50k-$60k base salary, overtime and overtime premium, and uncapped bonus potential (based on KPI and goal achievement). Total compensation ranges between $160k-$225k.
  • Benefits Package includes Medical; Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO and paid holidays.
