Transaction Advisory Services - Supervisor

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a talented individual for the position of Transaction Advisory Services Manager in our client's reputable firm. As a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic financial advice and support throughout the transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage due diligence engagements for clients, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and transaction structuring
• Prepare and review financial models, projections, and valuation analyses
• Identify key issues and risks related to a transaction and develop recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax and legal advisors, to address various aspects of the transaction
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in transaction advisory services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services, due diligence, or related fields
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
