Tax Staff Accountant

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented and motivated Tax Staff Accountant to join our client's CPA company in a full-time capacity. As a Tax Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their tax-related needs, including tax preparation, planning, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and gain valuable experience in the field of taxation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Resolve tax-related issues and provide recommendations
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA certification or CPA candidate is preferred

The annual salary target for this job in this market is negotiable. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
