Tax Manager

Hire Resolve's esteemed Client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CPA - Tax Manager to join their team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple operations of tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to the clients. Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expert knowledge and understanding of tax laws, regulations, and strategies
• Provide comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients
• Review and analyze tax returns, work papers, and financial statements
• Identify tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Supervise and mentor a team of tax associates and senior associates
• Participate in business development activities to expand our client base

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
• Experience with flow-through taxation, partnerships, and S-corporations
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Authorization to work in the United States
