Tax Manager CPA

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager CPA to join our client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax engagements, including tax planning and compliance services
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various tax matters
• Review and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements
• Oversee tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior staff
• Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service and effective communication
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand our client base

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in public accounting
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and professional development
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
