Tax Manager CPA - Construction Clients

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager with a CPA designation and expertise in handling tax matters for client (CPA Firm)'s construction clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients in the construction industry. You will work closely with clients to ensure tax compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to construction clients
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify tax savings opportunities
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Assist clients in managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to the construction industry
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• CPA designation is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting
• Prior experience working with construction industry clients
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office
