Sr. Structural Engineer

Elite Sourcing LLC is a renowned company in the construction industry and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Structural Engineer at Elite Sourcing LLC, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for various projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity and safety of buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop effective and efficient structural solutions.
• Perform structural calculations and analysis using software and manual calculations.
• Prepare and review structural drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing structures and provide recommendations for repair or retrofitting.
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience working on commercial projects and background in a similar A/E firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in the design of steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
