Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer I - Industrial Engineering at Staff Finders Technical, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process and improving operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, work instructions, and equipment modifications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Identify areas of inefficiency and propose solutions for improvement
• Develop and implement work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity enhancements
• Conduct time studies and evaluate cycle times to optimize production flow
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
• Provide support in the design and implementation of new manufacturing equipment
• Validate and verify tooling and equipment for production

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus
• SAP
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Data analytics skills – visualization skills
• Communication is key, must be a team-player and organized. Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers and everything in between. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
