Job Summary
Provides first and second level technical installation and support in the corporate and branch offices, on site at our Downtown Chicago Loop office (120 S Lasalle Street. Chicago, IL 60603).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides telephone and on-site technical support to resolve technical problems and basic how-to questions.
- Prioritizes, logs and tracks all calls and requests through their resolution and completion.
- Escalates issues to appropriate departments or teams as needed.
- Moves and installs computer equipment as needed.
- Configures all system hardware and software for computer workstations.
- Notifies management of all significant events that will or may result in a frustrated user, system outage, breach of company computer policies, virus problem, or other related computer misconduct.
- Maintains a proactive, positive relationship with the user population in the corporate and branch offices.
- Perform all other relevant duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of PC’s.
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Google Workspace, MacOS a plus.
- Proven customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high stress environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for use in transporting equipment and traveling to branch offices.
Education and Experience
- Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Real Estate experience a plus.
