Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Analytics Consulting

Responsibilities

Requirement gathering

• Drive discussions with business and internal stakeholders to understand client requirements
• Co-own and lead the planning, development, documentation, and day-to-day management of Data Science and AI solutions products prioritizing client’s objectives and business goals.
• Responsible for managing the account and building client relationships to ensure account growth.
• Identifying the right opportunities for Tiger, and playing a key role to see them to completion

Scoping & solutioning

• Ability to collaborate with Technical SMEs such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers and ML Engineers from Tiger and the Client side to design AI and ML solutions
  - Based on client requirements, detail out the scope of work and devise high-level task breakdown and timelines

Requirements

• Have experience in leading teams sized 10-15 people spanning across multiple projects and client stakeholders.
• Experience in analytics, and/or analytics consulting is a must.
• Very effective and efficient communicator; should be able to communicate with executive stakeholders both verbally and via technical and formal presentations.
• Identify and report on dependencies, risks, priorities, deliverables, and milestones as part of weekly/monthly status reports to senior leadership
• Identify logistics required for project delivery - Tools, accesses, resources, project management artifacts, communication channels, standup meetings, review meetings, status report format, and documentation requirements
• Drive discussions during internal-team standups (offshore-onshore, offshore only) and client standups.
