We are a leading sports company dedicated to growing the sports of pickleball and tennis. We are seeking a Senior Executive Club Sales professional to join our team. Our company is committed to providing exceptional sports experiences to our members and clients, and we need your sales expertise to help us achieve our goals.
As the Senior Executive Club Sales - Pickleball/Tennis, you will play a vital role in selling and forging new relationships with clubs, resorts, and other recreation facilities. You will work closely with our sales team, promoting our products and services to increase revenue and ensure our presence in the pickleball and tennis market.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are a self-starter, enthusiastic about sports, and have a proven ability to exceed sales targets, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for pickleball and tennis clubs
- Build and maintain relationships with club owners, managers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clubs and resorts
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in pickleball and tennis
- Strong knowledge and passion for pickleball and/or tennis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Benefits
Base salary + bonus opportunity. Direct sales bonus plus company profit sharing bonus.
Fully remote position - can be based anywhere in the United States
