Requirements
In general, candidates should minimally have the following to be qualified:
- Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Illinois.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in litigation, preferably in employment law.
- Experience managing a litigation case load.
- Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willingness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction, team-orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

- Work hours: Reasonable and balanced. Generally, Monday–Friday, 8:30-5:30.
- Location: One of our beautiful newly renovated offices in downtown Minneapolis or in the heart of Evanston's commercial district.
- Compensation: Extremely competitive compensation package based on experience. Bonuses tied to your case success.
