Senior Designer (Temp)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to join our Design team at SPCSHP. 

This role is temporary until the end of the year with a possibility of going full-time in 2025.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Multidisciplinary design practitioner, being able to work seamlessly across branding, marketing campaigns and packaging design.
• A strong understanding of brand and its application in the creation of design systems, campaign VisIDs, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to build out point of purchase, OOH, packaging and digital design solutions.
• Participate in ideation of content for marketing campaigns, leveraging understanding of design best practices. 
• Brainstorm with insight and empathy to help solve problems in visually compelling ways
• Participate in collaborative design brainstorms, sketch sessions, design reviews, and other idea-generating design activities.
• Adapt to changing business demands and constraints.
• Work with internal and client-side development teams, prepare design assets, and annotate designs for a hand-off.
• Clearly and confidently present work while providing the rationale for decisions made.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with other disciplines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in an agency setting or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with relation to point of sale, packaging design, and digital design
• Skilled in design mock-ups including product and packaging rendering
• A strong conceptual thinker who can quickly take an emerging trend and shape it to work for a specific client
• Advanced knowledge of core Adobe Creative Suite Programs as well as familiarity with collaborative design within Figma

• A passion for design culture and inventing solutions to tomorrow's challenges today
• Exceptional design and presentation abilities
• Photography/ Photo shoot experience with food is a plus
• Demonstrated animation experience is a plus
