Sales Representative - Facility Services.

We are a growing company searching for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Representative that will focus in the Illinois market but with ability to sell nationwide.

We are a national facility services provider specializing in the commercial, industrial and logistics industries. We are a “one stop shop” for our clients being able to provide them with such services as:

·       Janitorial / Maintenance Services

·       Staffing

·       Security Guard Services

·       Logistics

Responsibilities

·       Search for potential clients and sale our services.

·       Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

·       Establish and build profitable service relationships between new customers and our company.

·       Sell, renew and expand service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.

·       Effectively write, and present proposals.

·       Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff.

·       Keep management informed of progress and account status.

Requirements

·       Minimum 2 years field experience selling janitorial/maintenance services, Logistics/Supply Chain or security guard services.

·       Superior communication and customer service skills.

·       Have excellent planning, organization and time management skills and be able to multi task.

·       Be able to interact effectively at all levels and across different cultures.

·       Self-motivated.

·       Action oriented with sense of urgency.

·       Ability to work within team environment.

·       Develops executive level relationships with key decision makers.

·       Analyze opportunities for clients and develop tailored service programs.

·       Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.

·       Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring the best level of service.

·       Establish weekly reporting plans
