Sales Executive - Robotics Warehouse Automation

Rapyuta Robotics is seeking talented and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. We build and operate the world’s first cloud robotics platform. On top of this platform, we have built multiple exciting robotics products such as a Pick Assist Autonomous Mobile Robot (PA-AMR) solution for warehouses. You will be part of a squad that operates with an exciting mission of expanding our products to the US.

Responsibilities

• Acquire the new customers of PA-AMR; propose business deals by understanding customer’s warehouse operations, pain points, and business strategies
• Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
• Prioritize potential business deals by analyzing market strategies; deal requirements; product potential; and financials; evaluating options; aligning with internal priorities
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or tech-related industry, particularly ICT and/or robotics
• Proven sales experience in positions such as Sales or Marketing Manager or similar role involving business-to-business corporate-level experience in 3PL, WMS, supply chain, system integration and the robotics automation industry
• Strong market research and strategic analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English to drive international deals
• Solid track record in managing pipelines and closing deals with clients
• Organized, punctual, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced technical degree or MBA from a top international school
• Prior experience in warehouse logistics as well as ICT and/or robotics
