Responsibilities
· Sell our offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently.
· Seek out, targets and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers.
· Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Establish and build profitable service relationships between new customers and our company.
· Build and manage long term customer relationships with big companies.
· Sell, renew and expand service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.
· Effectively write, and present proposals. Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal staff.
· Keep management informed of progress and account status.
· Cross-sell our various services: truck washing, janitorial and security guards, etc.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years field experience selling janitorial/maintenance services, Logistics/Supply Chain or security guard services.
· Superior communication and customer service skills.
· Have excellent planning, organization and time management skills and be able to multi task.
· Be able to interact effectively at all levels and across different cultures.
· Existing contacts with building owners / operators, transportation, or commercial customers.
· Self-motivated.
· Action oriented with sense of urgency.
· Ability to work within team environment.
· Develops executive level relationships with key decision makers
· Analyze opportunities for clients and develop tailored service programs
· Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients
· Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring a high level of service
· Establish weekly reporting plans
