Key Job Responsibilities:
Dive into Study Certification:
· Attend client onsite training to complete study certification.
· Immerse yourself in the details of the study, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project requirements.
Engage and Connect:
· Greet participants and external clients, establishing a friendly and professional rapport with both.
· Administer questionnaires, consents, and other study documents diligently and accurately.
Navigate Interviews with Finesse:
· Utilize your sharp computer skills to conduct interviews using our advanced software, following prompts meticulously.
· Pay meticulous attention to detail, reviewing completed material for errors and ensuring information is complete.
Create an Impeccable Environment:
· Contribute to a clean and sanitized space, adhering to the prescribed guidelines.
· Assist with light lifting, ensuring the study area meets the client's specifications.
Communicate and Coordinate:
· Call and schedule study participants, confirming their participation and providing reminders.
· Complete other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and versatility.
During Research:
At the Start of Your Shift:
· Meet with the Supervisor to prepare for shift requirements.
· Introduce yourself to clients and participants as the interviewer.
· Administer interviews with participants, putting them at ease while gathering valuable insights.
· Double-check all paperwork, including consent and other study documents, ensuring they are properly filled out.
· Maintain the cleanliness of respective rooms, disinfecting and organizing as directed.
· Communicate any questions or issues promptly to your manager or Supervisor.
· Conduct reminder calls to participants as directed.
Before the End of Your Shift:
· Check all paperwork and organize it into the project folder, ensuring meticulous organization and record-keeping.
· Scan/Upload client paperwork to the HUB, contributing to streamlined data management.
· Close project programs as directed, ensuring efficient operations.
· Prepare rooms for the next day, completing the CSR checklists as required.
· Ensure all printing is ready for the next day, setting the stage for a seamless experience.
· Send out a detailed nightly report, contributing to comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience: Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus
Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy
