ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registry Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our registry programs.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for registry customers, ensuring PatientIQ meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with customers to highlight program metrics, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Program Oversight and Management:
- Work with customers to develop new registry programs, including defining program objectives, designing data collection workflows, and establishing data governance policies.
- Oversee registry program implementation and ongoing management, ensuring they align with customer goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to deliver seamless program execution.
- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and develop strategies to address any issues identified.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to customers, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.
- Provide training and ongoing support to registry users to ensure they can effectively utilize the registry for their specific job functions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize PatientIQ's platform and BI tools to analyze registry data and generate actionable insights for customers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations demonstrating registry programs' value and impact.
- Collaborate with customers to develop customized dashboards and metrics that align with their specific needs.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand existing registry programs and introduce new offerings to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development and pre-sale efforts for new registry partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to position PatientIQ as a thought leader in registry management.
- Process Improvement and Collaboration:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of registry programs and customer satisfaction and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, health informatics, epidemiology), advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in the development and management of registry programs.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices, including data governance, security, and privacy.
- Experience with database management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
