Sales Broker for Top Producing Real Estate Team
Directly reporting to: Millie Rosenbloom
The job consists of both in the office and out of office work assisting with the buying and selling of property. This includes the full spectrum of sales: scheduling, answering phones and emails, showings, delivering feedback, coordinating open houses, and working with the MLS, etc. In addition, the candidate will perform day-to-day administrative duties that are necessary in running an office and occasionally personal assistant duties for Millie Rosenbloom.
The Sales Broker will primarily work 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday & Saturday. Occasionally there will be business needs that need attending to on weeknights, Fridays and Sundays.
Examples of common tasks:
- Pricing properties and completing CMA’s
- Creating marketing proposals for clients
- Following up on leads for buyers and sellers including Zillow and other sources
- Providing lead reporting monthly
- Setting up MLS monitoring searches for listings and clients
- Finding properties for clients and scheduling showings
- Conducting showings and broker tours on listings
- Answering team emails
- Coordinating open houses
- Providing team support and various administrative assistance as needed including key duplication, etc.
- Providing feedback after showings
- Creating marketing materials for listings
- Taking out buyers
Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess an Illinois real estate license and have real estate sales experience. Previous assistant experience in any field is a plus as well. Must be energetic, able to collaborate with other team members and have a positive team-centric attitude. Must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
