Are you a recent grad with a passion for real estate? Newline Financial, a growing Chicago based real estate firm, is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing acquisition opportunities, supporting our servicing and property management teams, generating reporting and a variety of projects across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate and real estate related opportunities for acquisition
- Support the property management team in leasing and collections
- Coordinate the analysis and sale of real estate inventory
- Generate ad hoc and periodic reporting and analysis
- Drive value add projects organization wide from start to finish
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Office, including Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights
- Brokerage license is a plus
