Requirements

Responsibilities

• Market and show vacant units to potential tenants
• Collect monthly rent
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct property inspections
• Handle lease renewals
• Ensure compliance with local rental laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Knowledge of property management software and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
