Requirements
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire your team to achieve excellence through coaching and mentoring. Lead by example to encourage engagement, retention, and productivity, and ensure your team meets or exceeds performance goals.
- Process Improvement: Constantly evaluate clinic operations, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.
- Compliance & Regulations: Partner with clinical operations to ensure the clinic adheres to all state and federal health regulations, as well as compliance programs, safeguarding patient safety and care.
- Operational Efficiency: Lead the development of strategies that support optimal patient flow, including managing the schedule, patient recall campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and the entire team to maintain productive and efficient schedules, driving overall practice success.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and control expenses related to personnel and supplies to meet budgetary goals.
- Administrative Support: Oversee recruitment, payroll administration, vendor management, and the accounts receivable process to maintain smooth office operations.
What You'll Bring:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or office administration
- 5+ years of management Experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and experience managing teams, budgets, and operational processes
- A decisive and results-driven approach, with the ability to take charge and lead the team toward achieving practice goals.
- Outgoing and socially adept, with a natural ability to engage and inspire others, building strong relationships with both the team and patients.
- Highly organized, with the ability to remain steady under pressure while focusing on optimizing workflow and maintaining operational consistency.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and highly compliant, ensuring that the practice adheres to all regulations and maintains high standards of patient care.

- Monday, 10 am to 6 pm
- Tuesday, 10 am to 6 pm
- Wednesday, 7 am to 2 pm
- Thursday, 7 am to 2 pm
- Fridays, Closed
- Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm - 1-2 times a month
- Sundays, Closed
- $30-$40 an hour depending on experience.
