Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to optimize output and reduce costs
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators
• Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement production plans and strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
