Physical Therapist (Orthopedic)

Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. You'll work closely with patients to restore their movement and help them reach their optimal level of function. Your goal will be to improve patients' quality of life by providing expert care in promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

With a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 per year, and a full suite of benefits, you’ll be well-equipped for professional success.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess and meet patients' goals and needs effectively.
• Deliver personalized treatment plans that improve motion and mobility.
• Actively reduce the need for medications and offer surgical alternatives.
• Design comprehensive care plans utilizing various treatment techniques.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs for individual patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based care and proven interventions to patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients to achieve optimal functionality.
• Promote healthy lifestyles for clients through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effects and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant qualifications and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Ability to engage with diverse patient personalities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
