Part time Bilingual Janitor

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now hiring a Part time Bilingual Janitor for a 12-Story apartment building in our location in Evanston, IL 60201.

Primary duties include:

-Cleaning and general maintenance cleaning the common areas: Entrance, lobby, office, restroom, laundry room, fitness room, elevators, stairwells, and rooftop patio.

-Removal of trash from the trash closets on each floor.

-Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

-Perform other job-related duties as required.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (Thursday & Sunday Off)

7:30AM to 11:30AM (4hrs per day & 20 hours per week.)

Hourly Pay Rate:

$16.20/hr.

Bi-weekly Pay.

Requirements:

-Must Have two valid forms of IDs.

-Be Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish)

-Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience.

-Able to Start working as soon as possible.

-Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

-As a request of our client janitor should not have visible tattoos and should have a neat appearance at work.
