Part Time Bilingual Janitor

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now hiring Bilingual Janitors for a 8 Story apartment building in our location in Chicago, IL 60637

Primary duties include:

-Cleaning and general maintenance cleaning the common areas: Entrance, lobby, office, restroom, laundry room, elevators, and stairwells.

-Removal of trash from the trash closets on each floor.

-Picking up of trash in front of the building when necessary.

-Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

-Perform other job-related duties as required.

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (Wednesday and Sunday Off)

8:00AM to 11:00AM (3hrs per day & 15 hours per week.)

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

$16.20/hr.

Bi-weekly Pay.

Requirements:

-Must Have two valid forms of IDs.

-Have an updated resume.

-Speak English and Spanish.

-Background Check will be conducted.

-Commercial cleaning experience.

-Able to Start working as soon as July 1st.

-Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

-As a request of our client janitor should not have visible tattoos and should have a neat appearance at work.
