Part Time Bilingual Janitor

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now hiring a Bilingual Janitor for a 8 story apartment building in our location in Chicago, IL 60637.

Primary duties include:

-Cleaning the common areas: Entrance, lobby, office, restrooms, laundry room, elevators, and stairwells.

-Removal of trash from the trash closets on each floor.

-Janitor will be the picking up the trash in front of the building.

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday. (Wednesday and Sunday Off)

8:00AM to 11:00AM

(15 hours per week.)

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

$16.20/hr.

**Bi-weekly Pay**

Requirements:

-Must have two valid forms of IDs.

-Updated resume.

-Speak both English and Spanish.

-Background check will be conducted.

-Must have commercial cleaning experience.

-Must be able to start working as soon as July 1st.

-Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

-By requirement of the building: Janitor should not have visible tattoos and should have a neat appearance at work.
