Role Overview: Heritage Harbor Ottawa is seeking a passionate and driven New Home Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to become an integral part of the Heritage Harbor community and play a key role in driving new home and resale real estate activities within the resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an active Illinois Real Estate License who is looking to thrive in a unique resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through the buying process.
- Provide detailed information about available homes, floor plans, and the unique lifestyle offered by Heritage Harbor.
- Conduct tours of the community, showcasing the various neighborhoods, amenities, and available properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and participate in community events and open houses.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, competitive properties, and industry trends.
- Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Train on and adhere to a tried and tested new home sales system to ensure consistency and success in sales.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Real Estate License, or willing to obtain one immediately.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in new home sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and community building.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet sales goals and client needs.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule onsite in Ottawa, IL.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
