This is a unique opportunity to join a growing marketing and product team focused on expanding Right At School’s presence in school districts that are using district, state or federal funds to provide out-of-school-time enrichment to their communities while positively impacting the lives of families and educators across the country.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to play a pivotal role in executing our mission by fostering strong relationships with senior district leaders, uncovering new opportunities for growth, and driving revenue expansion within districts. The successful candidate is a self- starter, passionate about developing deep and wide relationships, making an impact with students, and cross-collaboration with teams, with proven experience in customer success, contract management and data-driven strategic sales. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple teams to cultivate partnerships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure the success and satisfaction of our partner schools.
To be successful in this role, you will need to leverage data and relationships to drive growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a curious and driven mindset to foster effective customer partnerships and create dynamic growth strategies.
You will report directly to the Director of Partner Success.
What You’ll Do and Achieve:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior district leaders to understand their needs and position Right At School’s expanded offerings effectively.
- Attend state conferences and partner events to engage in strategic efforts to establish and build relationships, grow the expansion pipeline, and secure renewals.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow the overall book of business and maximize revenue while achieving or exceeding individual revenue goals and quotas.
- Aggregate and synthesize outcome data from districts, including enrollment growth revenue generated, success stories, and other relevant metrics.
- Support contract management efforts by negotiating, creating, and executing contract renewals as needed, ensuring timely reregistration and alignment with contract terms.
- Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage tasks, events, and forecasts accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with regional teams and marketing to create enrollment growth strategies, including onsite events, community engagement, and referrals.
- Engage with sales, product, and leadership teams in focused cross-functional collaboration to communicate quarterly forecasting, provide product feedback, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide collaborative support by working closely with the Regional Vice President and Regional Manager to streamline communication, strategy, and support for shared district partners.
- Collaborate to plan a tiered partnership support model, including regular meetings with district leadership, board presentations, and ongoing communication with principals.

What We’d Like You to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years in customer success preferably in the education or B2B sector or education administration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Google Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed (25-40% estimated).
