At Sinch, we are a global leader in Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), enabling businesses to engage with their customers through mobile messaging, voice, video, and email. We are seeking a talented and driven Manager of Network Provisioning to join our team.

In this role, you will lead the network provisioning team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of network services across our global infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our network services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network provisioning and a passion for enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the network provisioning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of network services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
  • Monitor service performance and capacity, proactively addressing issues and optimizing configurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to network provisioning processes, configurations, and standards.
  • Conduct training and mentorship for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, ensuring our network provisioning practices remain competitive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we believe you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network provisioning or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs).
  • Experience with network performance monitoring and management tools.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process development.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,000 - 105,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for bonus.
