Full Job Description
Sinch Email is currently seeking a Manager, FP&A, to lead our Finance Email team! This role is responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and drive business performance. The Manager FP&A will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding analytical abilities, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Sinch is on a transformation journey and a substantial part of the Managers responsibility is to develop systems and processes to enable qualitative and stable financial data supporting the Sinch regional organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of applicable experience in corporate finance, analytics, or FP&A
- Technology/SaaS industry experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Looker (or similar BI tool)
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sinch Email's budgeting and forecasting cycles for the Product & Technology organizations (revenue, COGS, expenses)
- Develop and track key metrics that measure the performance of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity
- Partner with Product to prepare monthly narrative explaining financial and operational results and be prepared to field questions on the spot
- Lead projects to continuously improve FP&A reporting and increase process and system efficiencies
- Support cross-functional leaders and finance teams with data-driven analysis to assist with operational and strategic decisions
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of hard-working financial analysts
Preferred
- Prior experience as a people leader
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, AARO, Anaplan, or CaptivateIQ
- Understanding of revenue accounting standards including ASC 606/IFRS 15

The annual starting salary for this position is between $125,000 - 150,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 09/18/2024 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
