Maintenance Technician

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Maintenance Technician in Evanston, IL.

The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the upkeep of an apartment building in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay rate: $19.00 hour/ Biweekly pay

Requirements:

• Experinece as a handyman
• Must be available to start work
• Must have relaible transporation to get to work
• Must be comfortable heavy lifiting.
