About the Role: Join our dynamic and rapidly growing company as a Plant Maintenance Manager. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and supervise our plant maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Maintenance Operations: Take charge of all maintenance activities for our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment and facilities operate at peak efficiency across three shifts.
- Implement Maintenance Systems: Develop and implement a robust predictive and preventive maintenance program tailored to our plant’s needs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Supervise and Train: Oversee the maintenance team, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure top-notch performance. Manage third-party service providers to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Strategic Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations without disrupting production schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in supervising plant maintenance teams, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong ability to establish and manage preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Certification: CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certification is a plus, but not required.
