The Logistics Warehouse Supervisor will ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements. The service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership. This position also will assist Site Inventory Control and Operation Leadership along with Operation employees in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action necessary to support continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
This individual will work closely with many of the Supply Chain Planning teams and Logistics colleagues both inside and outside the company in order to assure the most efficient delivery of products to customers. Regular, routine contact with internal and external customers up to a Manager level.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
- Handle the transactional process from factory to customer distribution or retail center while being supervised by a manager. Make routine decisions using pre-determined alternatives on matters that have a light to moderate impact on business operations.
- Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, and carrier shipping errors, as well as claims for damaged products. Follow general guidelines and seek manager authority for exceptional or high-cost deviations.
- Manage products within the warehouse facility.
- Act as the key liaison between SEA SCPs and 3PL by coordinating bundling, rework, and special requests from SCPs.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the WMP (SAP WMS) system and work closely with MIS.
- Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies between systems.
- Test, train, and implement new processes in SAP WMS.
- Conduct bi-annual physical inventories at the finished goods warehouses.
- Perform all necessary inventory adjustments in SAP GMP, including monthly warehouse adjustments, model swaps, and approved adjustment requests from SCP PUMI.
- Serve as the project coordinator for various operations projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High school GED required
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment in the logistics industry
- SAP, ERP, TMS and WMS system experience required
- Advance Excel skills is a MUST; heavy use of excel data on a regular basis
- Physical ability to move and lift objects as required.
- Proficient with Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel with v-lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills including effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills and strong prioritization skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize, ability to shift one’s focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships with vendors/customers, and experience with vendor management
- Extremely strong customer focus with an entrenched “Can-Do” attitude
- Experience / knowledge of freight processes including dispatch and inbound preferred
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Travel %: up to 10% throughout the U.S.
Physical Demands:
- The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.
- The position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- The position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouse.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
