Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and distribution.
• Manage logistics staff, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with transportation providers and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to clients and customers.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
