Logistics Coordinator

Batch Freight is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed throughout the shipping process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipments and compliance
• Track and analyze shipment data to optimize logistics performance
• Serve as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or damages
• Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for logistics operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
