IT Operations Analyst

To support our IT operations function we are looking for an individual who has a passion for continuous improvement and will drive client success by collaborating cross functionally throughout the business. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and tenacity are critical traits to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Review company policies and business processes
• Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
• Analyze data and information to identify business improvement opportunities
• Work with Production Support to identify, log, and mitigate root cause issues
• Actively engage in both proactive and reactive Problem Management
• Implement configuration changes
• Provide configuration support to teams around the business as needed, including execution and training as appropriate
• Oversee Change Management processes
• Conduct audits for identity and access management  according to organizational policies
• Identify areas in need of metrics or monitoring and implement them

• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related technical field or two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Salesforce, SQL, Dynatrace, HTML, Java, Content Management Systems, FTP, ServiceNow
• Experience or exposure in Java, Oracle Database, or XML
• Strong attention to detail
• Key stakeholder management
