Position Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling services for our Inspection Department. Base duties include providing consistent support to our customers, sales reps, and technicians. The Inspections Coordinator must be able to work in a fast paced environment, making quick decisions, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with our customers and technicians.
Annual salary $45,000 - $58,000
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for:
- Scheduling field technicians for commercial fire sprinkler, fire pump and fire alarm inspections
- Providing professional responses via phone and email to customer inquiries
- Work closely with Account Managers and support them to meet various customer requests
- Manage open inspection opportunities and work to schedule them in a timely manner
- Participate in weekly group scheduling meetings
- Work as a back up to take incoming main line phone calls as needed
- Prioritizing jobs and troubleshooting customer needs
- Coordinating subcontractors for other fire protection needs
- Function as the main administrative point of contact for field technicians
The Scheduling Coordinator must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with our customers and technicians.
Ideal candidate has exemplary written and verbal communication skills, is detailed, organized and professional. This position requires critical thinking, problem solving, and strong conflict resolution abilities. The Scheduling Coordinator will be expected to be able to work independently at times, as well as work well with a team of peers.
