High-rise Condominium Janitor

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide

and we are now hiring Janitors for our location in Downtown Chicago, IL 60601 for a high-rise condominium.

Primary duties include:

-Cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.

-Clean/Sanitize restrooms and common areas using established procedures.

-Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

-Perform other job-related duties as required.

Schedule:

Thursday – Monday

(Tuesday and Wednesday off)

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

(40 hours per week.)

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

$18/hr.

Bi-weekly Pay.

Requirements:

- Updated resume.

- Background check.

- Residential cleaning experience.

- Availability to start working as soon as possible

- Able to get to work on time.

- We are required to follow a no visible tattoo, dress code and appearance policies.

- E-Verify.
