As a Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day. This is considered an entry/intermediate-level position.
This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois!
Pay: $50,000-$60,000
Responsibilities
- Supports the Operations team in completing various tasks and projects
- Coordinate employee travel
- Travel to clinics nationally and locally and assist with setting up new clinics
- Travel to clinics nationally and locally and assist with accreditation
- Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, Required.
- At least 1 years of experience in healthcare, Required.
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
