- Transportation: A valid driver's license and your own reliable car is all you need – transportation is part of the adventure!
- Childcare Experience: Got 2 years of professional childcare under your belt? Perfect!
- Covid-Conscious: For the safety of all, be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. You do not need to be vaccinated for the position, however, most families list it as a requirement.
