Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough candidate assessments.
