Freelance Project Manager

Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a freelance Project Manager to assist the team with client accounts and manage internal timelines and budgets.

About this freelance gig:

The freelance Project Manager will partner closely with all departments, especially client services and creative, to plan, problem solve, and execute assignments large and small. They will be proactive, thrive under timeline pressures, and be able to anticipate and solve issues as they arise during projects.

The Freelance Project Manager will be the hub of information for timelines, budgets, estimates, the latest project updates, and content execution for various client accounts.

We work on mission-driven, entrepreneurial brands in the better-for-you and healthy food space. The ability to work across multiple projects and clients at once is a must.

Opportunities range from part-time to full-time freelance. We like to build relationships with freelancers and invite them back for future projects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail while being a skilled multi-tasker
• Excellent time management and communication skills; ability to keep the team motivated and on track

• Possesses an unrivaled proactiveness and hustle
• Experienced in managing assignments and day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment across many client account/projects at once
• Leads the overall project planning and timeline creation of work streams
• Facilitates notes and feedback from both client and internal meetings
• Enjoys playing detective and problem solving
• Must have experience leading integrated campaigns with strong social/digital knowledge
• CPG experience preferred
