Join a leading retail company as their Franchise Sales Manager. Our client is seeking an experienced and driven individual to manage and grow their retail franchise network. As the Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of their franchise partners.
Remote, based in Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners through market research and analysis.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
- Provide support and guidance to franchise partners throughout the setup process, including site selection, store layout, and marketing.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive franchise sales and meet targets.
- Monitor franchise partner performance and provide ongoing support to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation between franchised stores and company-owned stores.
Requirements
- Proven experience in franchise sales or similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential franchise opportunities.
- Result-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential and existing franchise partners.
Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 base
- 15% commission on franchise agreements sold ($6,000/territory)
