Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is critical for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and your contributions will be visible to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
· KPI Review: Review internal KPIs to ensure compliance with loans and agreements.
· Lender Collaboration: Work closely with lenders to ensure the accuracy of financial positions and balances.
· Property Valuation Management: Oversee property valuations and manage the property assessment appeal process.
· Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key external stakeholders.
· Performance Communication: Communicate financial performance clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance position.
· Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Experience with Yardi operating software is a plus.
· CPA designation is a plus.
