Position Details:
Title: Field Implementation Specialist III
Location: Mount Prospect, IL 60056 or Arlington Heights, IL 60004
Duration: 3 months with extension
Top 3 skill sets required for this role: technical, communication, detail-oriented
What shift (if applicable)/Start Time: 8 to 5 (with 1 hr lunch or 30 min lunch) and 2- 15 min breaks
- Perform installation, configuration, administration, and tuning of software application products.
- Run necessary system backups. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application-related issues. May require a strong understanding of software architecture and programming principles. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
