OLI Outdoor, a leading outdoor construction company, is currently seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, strategy, and growth. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, lead and motivate employees, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives, in alignment with the overall mission and vision.
- Lead and direct the management team in developing and executing business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities and markets to increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead and inspire employees, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, and adapt the company's strategies and operations accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders on the company's performance, financials, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a senior management position.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving business growth and success.
- Knowledge of the outdoor construction industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements and reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
