The Position
Our bank client is seeking to fill an Executive Assistant role in the Hinsdale, IL area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President & CEO. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs and think critically with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a manner that serves as a positive reflection of the Bank. Additionally, the position requires the ability to provide solutions that facilitate the CEO’s ability to lead the Bank effectively.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to $65K, and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position).
Executive Assistant responsibilities include:
Organize calendars and schedules for the President & CEO and any major events of the Bank.
Manage sensitive business and personal matters with a high level of confidentiality and
discretion.
Manage Human Resources responsibilities that include: maintaining Human Resource Policies,
process timekeeping of all staff, and process staff payroll matters.
Serve as the gatekeeper between internal colleagues, the public, the customer, and the President & CEO.
Responsive to all emails and phone calls.
Draft correspondence on behalf of the President & CEO.
Provide and manage reports as needed.
Process expense reports.
Assist with special projects as assigned.

Two years of experience in any administrative assistant positions.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
