123 Exteriors seeks Sales Representatives to assist our community in replacing roofs and siding. Each year, severe hail and windstorms in the St. Louis area cause damage to homes. At Wildwood Roofing, we aim to help homeowners restore their roofs by collaborating with insurance companies.

As a Sales Representative you will not only enjoy uncapped commission at 8%-14% but also be able to help homeowners get their house back in order.

Requirements

Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage

Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Keep up-to-date with product information and changes in the industry.

Provide customer service support.

Documenting general roofing components, defects, and storm damage related findings on the property.

Must have reliable transportation

Participate in proactive live lead generation by engaging in door-knocking and seeking referrals.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
