We are seeking a driven and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation. Our ideal candidate will be a leader who collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

Overview:
As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in the leadership of therapist and therapy assistants helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Develop therapy strategies
- Evaluate patient care - Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's or Associate's degree in respective therapy discipline from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
- Familiarity with geriatrics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
